Does anybody know why it is that independent candidates (Independent, Green, etc.) are not allowed to debate the major-party candidates (Democrat/Republican)?
Not sure, but I think it has something to do with a minimum amount of funds a campaign has raised or something about polls. If either is correct, then yes it is biased!
